 The Pro Shop is now a Powakaddy Repair and Service Centre for all regular servicing or repairs under warranty.
We are an authorised Powakaddy Service & Repair Centre which means that we repair and service your trolley to an officially approved industry standard. Whether you require a replacement gear box or a new wheel we have the expertise to carry-out any job to an efficient and professional standard. We have the latest battery and charger testing equipment onsite which means that we can always give you an update on the health status of your batteries and chargers. Our technicians are professionally trained and qualified to industry standard and have the expertise to deal with any faults or problems with Powakaddy equipment. |
Welcome to the Pro Shop at Hexham Golf Club. Head Professional Andy Paisley and Assistant Professional Chris McDonnell are here to look after all of your golfing needs.
Andy Paisley is the Head Professional at the Club. Andy has had a successful career both as an amateur and professional. As an amateur Andy represented England and his County and won the Northumberland County Championship in 2000. Since turning Professional in 2003 Andy has won several regional Pro-Ams and has developed his coaching career. He is now a Northumberland County Coach, coaching both the Senior and Junior County teams as well as individual County players.
Chris McDonnell has also represented England and Northumberland. He was twice a winner of the Northumberland County Championship aswell as winning various other County competitions. Since turning Professional Chris has won several Pro-Ams and also won the North East / North West PGA Matchplay Championship in 2008. Chris is in the final year of his PGA Foundation Degree Programme and is helping Andy coach the fantastic Junior Section we have at the Club.

Andy specialises in fitting golf clubs using the latest state of the art equipment such as the Vector Luanch Monitor, the Tomi Pro Putting system and the Mizuno Shaft Optimizer fitting system. You are certain to get fitted with the perfect clubs for your game. There is a huge choice of brands such as Mizuno, Ping, Titleist, Cleveland, Taylor Made, Yes Golf and more!

There is an indoor swing studio within the shop, which includes a Vector Launch Monitor, video equipment and all of the custom fitting clubs. A perfect place to work on your swing during the cold winter months,

I would like to thank Andy for his excellent service in the shop, I came for a custom fit set of irons, the technology, choice of clubs and service were all first class. His facilities are as good as any shop i've been to.
